First time visitor

I was a first time visitor that traveled about 4 hours to shop with my daughter for a prom dress. Upon arriving we received a number and a very brief description of what we were suppose to do. My only complaint is that we walked around for about 15 minutes kind of lost as things were not explained real well. I had to ask other moms about the process and how things worked. A better explanation at the door would have been helpful. Also the music is a little too loud and very distracting.
